What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to speak to the customer to gather as much information from them as possible. I listen attentively. I tell customers it's ok not to know exactly what you're looking for. I'm happy to provide samples that is photos as references to help clients make a decision. I completely understand that planning an event that matches your vision is crucial for your satisfaction.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I wanted to create the perfect baby shower for my best friend. every detail had to be perfect, from the invitations to the dessert table to shower her with the love and attention that she needed.
