What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Service price per hour $75.00 USD Minimum time of service accepted 4hrs Minimum price of service accepted * $ 200.00 USD Extras: I can teach you how to cook Teach-to-cook $100.00USD hr /1-4 persons. We also have preset buffet style packages for $300 and up. These packages serve 25 - 30 people, and are delivered ready to serve. Our BBQ package is perfect for summer cookouts, delivered with meats marinated and ready for the grill, while all the sides come ready too serve.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Our first contact is usually too setup time, date, menu, etc. This is usually followed by finalizing menu with the client, in case a tasting is requested we would then set-up a time and date for tasting.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Yes, I attended kingsborough College where I studied culinary arts . I am NYS food handlers and serve safe certified. I also require all of my cooks to take a yearly food safety course.

What types of customers have you worked with?

engagement parties, BBQ's, Birthday parties are our top bookings followed by personal chef services. Most clients are looking for use to deliver and setup food for their gatherings, It gives them a chance to enjoy the event while having us provide an amazing and many times creative menu to add to their event.

-How much are they looking too spend? -If using an event/catering hall, what are their rules on having your event catered? -Are there any specific dishes/items they would like -most importantly do any of their guest have specific dietary needs (i.e. gluten,vegan)
