Hello My name is Steven and I am a catering director here at Eight Turn Crepe. Since 2013 we have been turning ordinary events into something extraordinary by entertaining guests with Japanese Crepes, made fresh to order right before your eyes. Eight Turn Crepe offers sweet and savory Japanese crepes unlike any other crepe you may have tried before, Each of our sweet and savory crepes are served in a cone making it easy to carry, convenient to eat, and mess free! Our main focus is on superior customer service , presentation and quality. We work with YOU to make sure all your and your guests needs are met.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

For On-Site catering service, we charge a staff fee of $500 plus $20 a person.  Your catering package includes: -Unlimited crepes for your guests - Professional and friendly chefs dressed in formal attire -Two hour service. -Extensive menu option -Complete table decoration. -Complete set up and breakdown Additional services are available upon request.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We first ask for catering information such as : Name, Contact , Date/Time, Address and Menu selection. Once parties are in agreement , we will then send an invoice for 50% of the price to be paid to book the requested date and time. Unless the event is less than two days away, the rest of the payment request will be made 48 hours before the event.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

All of our chefs have food handling licenses and come with many hours of on the job training and experience.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

This unique concept was brought from Japan by our founding member, Hiro Nishida. The rest is history!
