The typical process for working with a new customer is very quick phone call outlying what their needs and expectations are, followed by an e-mail proposal.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I went to school for Culinary Arts and worked at French Restaurant Le Train Bleu of Bloomingdale's for 5 years. I am now a caterer for the past 10 years.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

My most recent project was a private dinner for a surprise birthday dinner for a wife. I created a four course dinner menu with cocktails and the clients loved it. It was a 4 hour job.
