What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The typical process for working with a new customer is very quick phone call outlying what their needs and expectations are, followed by an e-mail proposal.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I went to school for Culinary Arts and worked at French Restaurant Le Train Bleu of Bloomingdale's for 5 years. I am now a caterer for the past 10 years.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My childhood. I have been cooking since a child.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have catered for companies that include Peleton, Bevel, Uber, Lyft, Sean Carter Foundation, PearlFisher, NAACP, EnergyHub, Roc Nation, DailyMotion, Bazaar Voice, and many more.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

My most recent project was a private dinner for a surprise birthday dinner for a wife. I created a four course dinner menu with cocktails and the clients loved it. It was a 4 hour job.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Customers looking to hire a provider should always get a few quotes from different vendors and then weigh out how much they cost and what the benefits of each are before making a final decision.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What kind of food do you want? How many different varieties do you need in comparison to the amount of guests you are having? Will you have any vegans or vegetarians?
