Most customers visit the Website and ask for services and dishes for their events and if a particular dish is requested and it’s not on the website I tend to make do what the customer wish

It would be greatly appreciated if I know what type of service is requested such as do you need servers, is this a drop off, date, time, and location of even requested at least two days in advance. Finally if anyone has a food allergy or has a special diet( vegetarian)
