What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We like to build a relationship with our customers. We first talk about the clients needs. If we can meet those needs within the budget we then offer a tasting to meet with us and try the food. A contract is then sent and signed along with the deposit. Then sit back and enjoy.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a bachelors degree in Business, and have been in customer service for over 20 years. I understand that the customer will always be the most important part of the business.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I began catering events for friends in college. Most of us were away from home and didn't get a home cooked meal. I learned from my mother and grandmother at a early age how to cook. I decided to go into business for myself and everything began from there.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Catering for a wedding for 200 guests. It was at the clients home behind the house in a tent. We served our grilled pork chops, asparagus, and garlic mashed potatoes. I loved being out doors and being able to provide a great meal and good service.
