What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to set up a meeting and go through any questions that They or I may have. I prefer to get an idea of food preferences. Next, if desired a trial run.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have completed 2 Associates Degrees in Culinary Arts and Pastry Arts. Aside from that I was involved in culinary competitions where I traveled around the country and world. I spent a few years working in various restaurants on the Las Vegas strip as well. My training never stops as I am always testing new cuisines or types of food preparation to fit my client's needs and or wants.

I have worked with everyone from Business Owners, Doctors, Body Builders, and Kids. I do not limit my clientele.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I am very pleased to have recently been trained in Indian cuisine. I began testing out recipes with a client of mine who is Indian. With a class from her mother and critiquing I was able to pick up on it within a couple months.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
