What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

When I email the quote their are no additional fees unless the homeowner requests more work to be completed that’s not written on the contract.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

By phone or email get in contact with the homeowner, we go over project details and then I provide a free no obligation quote.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

My father taught me the business 35 years ago.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My father was a painting contractor and I followed in his footsteps.

Repainting a 200 year old farmhouse that was converted into a residence.

Make sure you have references and that the contractor is insured.

What their budget is, what kind of paint they would like used and check contractors credentials.
