McDougall & Sons Construction, LLC Drywall Contractor 2003 - 2023 In the years of 2003 - 2012 - McDougall & Sons Construction, LLC., Shawn worked with his father, who taught him everything he needed to know about the drywall trade and business. Going to residentials to do Drywall, Patch & Repair, Hang, Tape, Texture & Paint. In 2013 - 2015 - Sands Wall Systems, Shawn got a great job offer from Sands Wall systems where he began his career, jumping into a corporate position as a Commercial Taping foreman where he ran large commercial jobs . While continuing to work from 2015 - 2021 - Sands Wall Systems, Two years later, he received a promotion as Assistant Taping Super Intendent at Sands Wall Systems where he was responsible for Quality Control, residential commercial jobs, recruiting independent contractors, sheet-rockers, drywall finishers and patch & repair guys. Shawn got massive experience here in the Midwest of South Dakota. His love of doing Drywall Patch & Repair, Insulation, Hang, Tape, Texture, & Painting, is the kind of professional leadership experience that motivates, inspires, and directs his attention to detail in his work and properly sequencing the projects in a timely manner.
