What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Set up a time to give free estimate, meet costumer and ask questions about what they need, I am always honest and will always help them get what they need Giving a full explanation of the timeline with clear expectarions. Letting them know i can be reached at anytime for any questions or changes to the original scope of work. There is never an issue that cant be resolved.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Hands in trining for guys with 20 plus years in the game and also work as a lead and a project manager

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Started painting as a kid with a friend of the family

What types of customers have you worked with?

We’ve worked with all types of customers on different projects. Some own rental properties that they are looking to maintain and other have their dream homes they want to make their own. We offer a wide variety of services and products to meet lots of customers’ criteria.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Typically a higher quality professional will charge a bit more if they are proud of the work they do and stand behind their product.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What do I want? Who will take care of materials? Are there any areas I’m concerned about being fixed that I want to tell the contractor about? Is this contractor insured? how large is the project and will it fit my budget?
