What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I am always willing to negotiate, and return customers will ALWAYS recieve a discount as well as when they refer me to a friend.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I will ask what it is you are wanting and ask if you have any questions for me, I will come out and provide a free estimate and after that we can hopefully start working together.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Nothing is better then experience. I have almost 8 years of experience.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I wanted to learn a new skill from a mentor and I came to really enjoy painting, since then I have expanded my skill to different areas of the job.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Mostly families looking to just give a new look to their house inside or outside.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I recently stained the outside of a log cabin. It took about one week. Some of the pictures from this project are on my profile.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Negotiating is always a good thing. I am always willing to talk about the price, and my price is good and my job quality is better.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Type of paint (semi gloss, flat, ect.). Different areas that require painting (ceiling, trim, walls, ect.). Whether or not they would like me to move the furniture or if they would like to.
