The first step is a pre-call to gain an understanding of the scope of the project and are we a good fit for each other. That's usually a 15 minute phone call If its a small project i.e.. 1 - 2 rooms than a remote estimate works great, anything larger than we'll come to your home for a walk through of the space. We'll measure each room asking ALOT of question to truly understand what the end results are that you're striving to achieve. Once the walk through is completed, the sales rep will create a proposal to present before they leave. This way, we can ensure the final proposal captures everything you're looking to have painted.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

1) Does the company have insurance and is it current? If someone gets hurt on your property and the business doesn't have insurance, the homeowner is responsible for the claim. 2) Why are they painting? Getting the house ready for market or its time for the house to 'grow up'? 3) Does quality matter? Straight cut lines, clean work area, professionalism and a 2 year warranty. 4) Do you want a full service painter or do you want to buy the paint, move the furniture and clean the house when the job is completed? 5) Time, do you want the project done in days or weeks?
