What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

My typical process is to work with the customer to find a good time that works best for them and their families. Instant Books will still require a conversation prior to my visit.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have no official training or education for my offered handyman services. All on the job and life experience from my 27+ years working with clients.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I enjoy helping people and I have the skills and experience to put my truck, trailer, and tools to work!

What types of customers have you worked with?

I've worked with every type of person really. I enjoy working with all my clients.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

The project I am most fond of is not even a complex project. it was furniture assembly of three cabinets for a little old lady who could barely walk. I ended up staying an extra 2 hours (no charge) doing the job because of how great the conversation was.
