What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Free estimates! After the estimate is accepted, we generally require half down to cover materials and costs, with half due upon satisfactory completion.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Listen to the customers needs and make sure to get all necessary details to make sure the final product matches their expectations.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Masters Degree in Human Services Counseling from Liberty University.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I got a job painting when I was 20 years old with my big brother in North Idaho and have worked in many different painting fields, including commercial, residential, industrial, and specialty painting.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have mainly focused on high end residential painting, but also have a lot of experience in damage restoration insurance jobs and remodels.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I helped my sister remodel her new home she purchased. It was a full redo with new counter tops, backsplashes, refinished floors, repaired and textured walls, and full repaint. We redid the Beams in the living room with new stain and lacquer as well. Turned out amazing!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

It is important to make sure a contractor has references to make sure they are a quality and responsible company.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

It is good to make sure they know what they want to accomplish or can at least find a contractor that can assist with design.
