Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Our pricing is always fair and honest. We have no hidden fees or unexpected changes in pricing. Our pricing is based off creating the most value for the customer.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
First we like to do a walkthrough of the project with the customer to fully understand their request. We follow up with an estimate for the work that is detailed and itemized with all the work that needs to be done. When we are hired we work on scheduling with our customer to get the work done at the best possible time. Then we explain the process of all the work and how long it will take. The final step is delivering a top quality service and following up with our customer to make sure they are satisfied and happy with the work.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
My training and experience comes from years of working with my family and home improvement companies that have allowed me to gain experience and knowledge that I can now use to provide an excellent service.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
My family has always been in the home improvement business and my brother and I decided to take it to the next level with our painting company.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We have customers from all industries. We deal with commercial and residential clients. Our clients range from general contractors, business owners, and home owners.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
One of our recent projects that we are fond of was In Glenside, Pa. It is a single family house built in the 1960’s. We painted all the trim work, doors, walls & ceilings inside the house. The previous owners had neglected all of the walls for a long time so we had a significant amount of repair work which we did before painting. Then when the house was prepped for paint we oil primed the whole house and applied two coats of paint on all the walls. All the trim was sanded and painted over with a smooth white semi gloss. When we were finished it looked like a new house and we were pleased that we were able to provide our client exactly what she needed to make the place feel like home.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
The most important things is to choose someone who truly understands your vision and can deliver the service at a fair price that creates the most value for the customer.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
- What do I want to get done ? - What is my budget ? - What is the ultimate goal of the project ? - When do I want the work done ?
