Introduction

Apex Coating Company LLC was founded in 2021 with a simple goal in mind, superior painting for the customer at a reasonable price. Apex was started by John Chamberlain Jr and Cole Chamberlain. Since the founding of the company we have been a family owned and locally operated business. With the 20+ years of experience, we are fully equip to satisfy any of your painting needs. We can paint from residential such as interior or exterior painting of apartments, offices, or homes to large industrial warehouses and anything inbetween. We also offer steel restoration in the form of sandblasting and grinding as well as painting of different structures such as trailers frames, fuel cells, large standing structures, farm buildings, ski towers, and water towers but we are not only limited to them. If we can paint it, we can do it. We also offer asphalt driveway sealing of family homes and large parking lots. We have been sealing asphalt for 10+ years and are eager to get to work on your project today.

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
We are competitive with our pricing. We charge for what we believe to be excellent work. We never leave a project without our customers being happy with what they paid for.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
We do our best to make sure all the customers questions are answered as clearly as possible. When we speak on the phone or meet in person, we try our best to make things easy and transparent.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
We have been in the painting industry for 10 years before we started our own company. We paint pretty much anything! Small apartments the whole way to a full apartment complex.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
My father owns an industrial sandblasting and painting company that has been in business for 30+ years. Growing up, I got to see how things worked on the business side as well as the work done in the field. After high school, I traveled and worked for my father in the field while taking classes in college to get my degree. You could almost say that painting is in our blood.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We have worked with all kinds of customers. Large businesses, corporations, and franchises all the way to single families just looking to make their home look new again.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
We painted a whole home in Buffalo Twp not too long ago. It was great getting to meet the whole family and get to know them while we painted their home. The whole project took about two and a half weeks to complete everything. It took a little longer than expected but we wanted to make sure that they were extremely pleased with the work that we had completed.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Be patient. Make sure you are happy with the person that you are hiring. Just because they have a cheaper price, does not mean that you are going to get the best quality of work. On the flip side, a more expensive quote does not mean you're going to get perfect work. Make sure to ask as many questions as you can think of to make sure everything can be completed as smoothly as possible.
