Lonestar Concrete Technologies LLC is a certified and authorized CTI product dealer and installer. Our product line provides a solution to a problem that frustrates most homeowners; namely, the concrete around their home is unsightly and has issues such as cracks and spalled areas. These homeowners are frustrated with the amount of maintenance required for the concrete around their home as well as their need to replace the concrete when it finally becomes too much of an eyesore or problem. Our product line is installed over the homeowner’s existing concrete and provides a protective finish that is impervious to mold, mildew, salts, deicing agents, color fading from the sun and other elements that deteriorate the concrete over time.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our pricing is made up of different factors (different applications, materials needed, square footage, etc.) which is why we offer free onsite estimates.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

At the initial meeting/interview we will go over the different applications we offer along with the perks of each application, the many different color options to choose from and the different designs. Sample boards will be shown to the customer to provide them with a visual and feel of the product. We then go over the warranties we provide.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We are a CTI (Concrete Technology Incorporated) authorized, certified and trained product installer.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure the product and material being used is good quality and has a good strong reputation. You don’t want to pay a lot of money for someone to install an application with product they purchased from the hardware store when it comes to concrete overlay. Lonestar Concrete Technologies is the only contractor in East Texas that is a certified and authorized dealer and installer for CTI concrete products.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

How are they going to fix your cracked concrete? How are they going to level your un-level concrete? Before they install the application will they open up the pores in the existing concrete by grinding or acid etching so the product properly bonds? What are there product specs and how strong and durable will it be?
