What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I'm not the cheapest painter in town. Just the best. But we typically are competitive in our pricing.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We first guide them through a plan of what we want to accomplish at their behest and how long it may take us to finish. Helping our clients understand the scope of their project under a certain timeframe we have found is of upmost importance to them!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have over 20 years experience and have taken vocational training classes to improve our technique and skill. We have been honored with awards and done work on parade of homes.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Chris Boutelle was trained painting houses right out of high school. I've painted custom homes and production new residential and commercial projects. More than 25 years perfecting our craft!

What types of customers have you worked with?

General contractors, realtors, project managers. We especially cater to the home owner and usually the lady of the house who knows and gets what she wants!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently refinished a large exterior stained door. We sanded, stained, glazed and lacquered all in less than a days work!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Try to get a painter with many references and satisfied customers. Someone who has been highly recommended by a trusted person you know

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

what type of paint to use? Will we need to move furniture ? How long will it take? Do they have good references?
