What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Our Owner or Client Service Manager will begin by reaching out for an initial introduction. During this conversation, they’ll explain our process from the initial free estimate through to project completion. On this introductory call, our representative will answer any questions you may have and may also ask a few questions to help us prepare for your free project estimate.

Additionally, our team, including owners, employees, and contractors, are all licensed and insured in the state of Virginia. How did you get started doing this type of work?

Blake Fleming, a U.S. Coast Guard veteran who retired in 2023, and his wife, Kimberly Fleming, a Nurse Practitioner at Riverside, have long envisioned opening a small business in the Hampton Roads area—one that offers growth opportunities and supports the community. A close friend and founder of Painter Bros in Miami introduced Blake to the Painter Bros family, and after connecting with senior management, the Flemings found they shared values and a mission aligned with building a reliable, community-focused business. With their combined management and operational experience, they’ve surrounded themselves with highly trained, experienced painters and resources, creating a strong foundation for Painter Bros of Hampton Roads.
