I worked building kitchen cabinetry for 11 years, 4 years of kitchen cabinetry refinishing, 5 years hotel furniture refinishing, and 6 years in furniture repair / refinishing.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started working at a woodshop in highschool and never stopped woodworking.

I have worked with homeowners, yatch owners, restaurant, and hotel management. I've also worked for house flippers and condo / apartment management firms.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Check qualifications, most franchises training is minimal. Make sure they have a history in antique refinishing and or cabinetry work.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Make sure to specify what you are looking for to be done. The price of making something look new is alot more than the cost of making it look better.
