Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
We only provide excellent workmanship and use high quality Benjamin-Moore paints. We are licensed, bonded, insured, EPA Certified, and BBB Accredited with a perfect A+ rating.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
Unlike most contractors, we do not collect one penny until the project is complete and you are 100% satisfied. We do expect payment in full the day the project is completed.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I have 20 years of experience in commercial property management. I hold a certified RRP Lead Renovator license as defined by WAC 365-230.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I started Cascade Ridge Painting because the demand for quality painting is high but unfortunately our industry has a reputation for unprofessionalism, sloppy work, and lack of communication. We deserve that bad reputation, but I promise you our service will be different.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We work with home owners around Whatcom county, Washington.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
I love all projects where homeowners change colors and feel they have a brand new home.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Find somebody you can trust to be around and inside your home. If you call them and they do not call you back and have bad communication skills, that first impression is a taste of how the project will go. Hire somebody that is licensed, bonded, insured, EPA certified, and background checked.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
What is your timeline to have the project completed? Are you changing colors or going with the same colors?
