I have an hourly rate that will range between 75-100hr depending on the scope of job. I also have free estimates and can get you a bid fairly quickly if you have pictures you can send.

When I was in college my neighboor was the maintenance man at the aptamnets and asked me if I wanted to make any extra money and of course I did I was in college and that's where I started to really love what I was doing. Fixing things!!!
