We provide high quality leads, and set the appointments for you, so that you can focus on what you do best: Building and Fixing Stuff When we get you a lead, we immediately call the customer, ask them what type of work they need done, set the appointment for you, and send you all of the relevant information. We can work on a fixed monthly fee or we can charge on a "per appointment" arrangement. Either way, you will be profitable.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our service is billed in advance starting after your first 3 appointments. The best rate is the monthly rate as it allows for a fixed monthly lead cost for you.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We will first have our initial conversation to make sure we are good fit for each other. Then we will sign an agreement that will commence after your first appointments have completed and you have ideally presented your potential customers with quotes. Payment for your first month appointments will be expected at this time.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been in the marketing/leads/appointments business since 2014 and have construction/remodeling experience that began in 2004. * Probably the most important thing that i do is when I set the appointment for say a roofing company is that I always ask the prospect "Are there any other areas that we need to take a look at? Fence, windows, gutters, siding, etc" Once the roof is done, the company has the opportunity to get additional work at no additional lead/marketing cost. The lead has already been paid for. If they only do roofs, they can sell or partner with say a fence company to further monetize the lead. I can also put complementary companies in touch with one another if needed.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started in the construction/real estate business in 2004 doing fix and flips. I am very well versed in the challenges that contractors, and other types of business owners, face when it comes to leads and generating new business.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Mostly contractors as that is an area that I am very familiar with. But my service translates well to other types of businesses as well. One of the main traits that a business needs to have is that is best if they sell a fairly big ticket item. For example, the typical roofing job in my area is 12000-14000. If you assume a modest 30% markup, each job should yield 3900 on average. So closing 1 roof would nearly pay for my monthly fee.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Had a lead come in for a customer named Gloria in San Antonio. I set the appointment, the customer (a full service construction company) had their project manager go out, do the inspection, present the quote, and start and complete the job. The entire process took 12 days. The best part of all of the deal was that Gloria also needed some siding work done and her daughter Julia has major plumbing issues that my customer also quoted. The plumbing quote was over 19000

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Don't just look at the monthly fee. Look at the overall ROI. If you pay me $5000/mo for a minimum of 10 appointments, not leads, appointments then you should expect to make at least 3X that in profit. Assuming a modest 50% close rate. And don't forget, I'm giving you your first appointments free to get started. How many leads companies offer that??

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

How much time, effort, and money am I currently wasting trying to generate new business? Would my time be better spent doing what I do instead of trying to generate business? Would I have better, more consistent revenue in my business if I let professional marketers get my in front of interested prospects with a problem that I can solve? Is what I have been doing in the past gotten me to where I want to be?
