Introduction

Strategy, Opportunity, and Security. EVERY person, entrepreneur, small business or corporation needs those three things in order to be successful. I started this company because at one point in my life it is what I needed. I needed someone I could trust to help me both personally and professionally. Someone who could look at my personal, professional, and financial obstacles and help me overcome not-so-beneficial behaviors, strategize a plan, and get me excited that I could get to where I really wanted to go...unapologetically and without guilt. I couldn't find it, so, I created it. We are the only consultants who tap into the success of you, or your business, in every area that matters. For example, if your business is making money, but you aren't profitable, and you are still living paycheck to paycheck, there is a disconnect. Or, if you have a great product or service, but you or your staff aren't closing sales, then that's a problem. Lastly, if you are confused, lack direction, or feel overwhelmed either personally or professionally, we solve those issues too. Have you ever had that one person in your life that you could confide in? The one with whom you could share all of your secrets, fears, failures and successes without being judged. You were heard, seen and understood, and yet held accountable. No hate, no spite, no hidden agendas. Just an honest and transparent view of how to maximize what will move you forward, and minimize what's been holding you back. Then, that person holds you accountable for the choices you make going forward, cheers you on, and is your beacon for hope, success, passion and purpose. No? Haven't yet found that person? Well, now you have.

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Every client is different and unique, however, we have been in business long enough to know that most of them share the same challenges. Growth. Leadership. Money. People (internal and external.) We set our pricing in accordance with what the needs of our clients are and how long we will be working together. Sometimes it is a day. Sometimes it is a year. Most of the time it is somewhere in between. What I can tell you is we are always upfront about our pricing with no surprises.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
We begin with a consultation to ensure we are a good fit. That appointment is on us with no charges. You get to explain who you are, what you do and the challenges you are facing. We get to explain our process, what we are best at, and if we are in alignment with your goals. If we decide that we are a good fit, we submit a proposal for our approval that outlines what we will do with associated costs. Then we move forward as a team to execute your exceptional results!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
My partner and I have formal and informal education. We have decades of experience and a proven track record in our chosen fields. We have helped thousands of people build growth, wealth and security over a few decades!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
My partner always knew and sought out the necessary education. I, on the other hand, needed to figure it out the hard and winding way through working in the corporate world, being an Entrepreneur myself and finding what fuels my passion and purpose.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
All humans...(most of them.)

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
We had a small business that was stagnant in growth. Sales were dropping, morale was low, the mission was foggy, and hope had faded. We were brought on to do a deep dive into the organization to figure out the disconnect and wow, did we find it! After 90 days, their sales are at an all time high AND we were able to get them into financial instruments that would give them a lifetime income without fear of the market or the IRS. Yes, we had to help them let go of some habits (and people) that were no longer serving the intention of the business, and now I am proud to say they are flourishing in all areas!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Sometimes you need to hire the person that will tell you what you need to hear and not what you want to hear. The "everything will be okay" philosophy is not a good strategy. Nor is ignoring those things that are not particularly fun to deal with, but necessary nonetheless. However, if you can do those things in the midst of a support system, it makes all the difference and that is what we do.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Am I being heard? Am I being understood? Am I being completely transparent and truthful about where I am and what I need? Am I ready to do what it takes to move past wherever it is I am to get to where I know I want to be?
