What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I am available 24/7 for my clients! I give you my personal phone number and email so that you have multiple ways to reach me. Content & strategy is always provided at least 2 weeks ahead of time!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have my BA in marketing from the University of Central Florida. I have been working with social media marketing for over 7 years now with clients from all around the world!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I found my passion for marketing when I was given the responsibility of managing the social media channels for my high school 10 years ago! The rest is history!

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with just about every niche you can think of! From HVAC services to E-commerce we can do it all!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Black Friday 2022 our team designed strategy for a tactical tools company that gained $300k in sales in 10 days!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Look for someone who is an expert in the field, and is also priced RIGHT! Yes, those 2 things can & should run together. Hiring a Social Media Marketing expert should not put strain on you financially. You should look for someone who is willing to work with your budget. *Hint *Hint--ME!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

I always like to get to what the expert is going to charge for the project needed. There is no need to give project details if the "Expert" is not willing to work with your budget.
