What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Compare, Compare, Compare and not just the price, after you speak to 3 people you will have the one you trust. Don’t ever trust the lowest price, there are no miracles! If it seems to good to be true it is! Prices definitely matter, but it has to make sense.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

After initial meeting and when the customer and we agree on the scope of the project we lay out a media plan describing what we agreed to. Customer signs off on it and we begin with an onboarding meeting with the team members assigned to this project and continue to consistently and closely communicate throughout the time we are working on the project. Customer is involved in every decision on their project unless they want us to make those for them. Our main goal is to portray the customers vision and we do not stop until that is accomplished and customer says this is exactly what I wanted.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our professionals are Google, Facebook and Wix Velo code certified and have certifications in all other marketing aspects including social media, web design and content writing as well.

After 20 years of being in business we were unhappy with the marketing services we were receiving and decided to learn how to do it properly! Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Brand new Urgent Care Center opened in Cresskill NJ. We redesigned their website and saw a 40% conversion the very first month. Second month we began optimizing the site with SEO and some paid search on Google and in only 30 days, the A Plus Urgent Care Center shows up on first page of Google and getting a lot of calls, appointments and patients through the doors. Eventually A Plus became a leader in the area and got sold to Englewood Hospital.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Speak at length with several providers and build a relationship based on your opinion of the provider. Trust your instincts, they will not let you down. You will know who cares, and who doesn’t and who will do their best for you. Honesty and transparency is paramount in order to get the job done right.
