Our pricing approach combines both standard rates for services like headshots, as listed on our profile, with custom quotes for more complex projects. We assess factors such as the project scope, necessary resources, and delivery timelines to develop a quote tailored to your specific requirements. For travel beyond 20 miles from our office at 15 Charles Street, Binghamton, NY, we apply a fee of $2.45 per mile up to 150 miles. For travel beyond this, we're open to discussion, with the cost evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Our primary goal is transparency in our pricing, ensuring you have a clear understanding of any costs from the onset.

Upon completion of the production phase, we move into post-production, where editing, color grading, sound design and other final touches take place.
