What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Pricing is determined based on your scope of work. Some services may require constant management, but I never want to handcuff anyone. No one should feel "stuck" in a contract. I also work as a Fractional CMO for some clients, taking on a monthly retainer that leverages a team of professionals, and focuses on scale and growth initiatives. If interested, just ping me.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to have an initial strategy session, understand the scope of what you're looking for, the overall goals, your target customers, etc. I will probably badger you with questions, but my goal is to better understand how to target your customer, their drivers, and their journey. From here, you and I can determine if we are a good fit for each other!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

MBA, Engineer, Consulting background, Sales, and an Entrepreneur.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I was an engineer, got an MBA, and thought I knew everything there was to know when I launched my first online business! Fail. Since then I've launched other online businesses, consulted other businesses, worked at multiple startups, and high-growth companies. They say a 1st time founder focuses on the product. The 2nd time founder focuses on sales & distribution.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We developed a software platform and website to conduct remote patient monitoring using cellular connected health devices. It helps doctors bridge the gap between patient office visits, while keeping patients accountable. A project that really helps doctors but also the patients themselves.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ask them questions! You may not know what you dont know, but they should be giving you objective advice and you'll get a sense as to whether they have your best interest in mind.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

If a new venture, most people think about product or a website. I encourage you to think about sales and marketing because that will drive success.
