What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Bluesoft Design's pricing model depends on the type of project you are inquiring about. Web Design projects are a fixed cost and are based on the total amount of pages included in your project (with 7 pages being our minimum project). SEO projects are flat monthly retainers that can be adjusted based on the frequency of deliverables. PPC campaigns are performance-based campaigns and are based on the total ad spend of the campaign.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Typically, we will schedule an introductory call to learn about the project in more detail as well as introduce ourselves. After the 1st call, we will email a link to a formal proposal that will outline the full project. Once the proposal is signed and the down payment is made on the project, we will communicate about the project mainly through email and phone.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Bluesoft Design is a certified Shopify expert/partner as well as a Google Ad partner & SEO expert. We've been in the industry for approximately 10 years services over 30 different industries and over 100 different website with 0 negative reviews to date.

Don't simply look at the price when comparing quotes. Make sure you pay attention to all the deliverables and the value of whats included in the deliverables of the project. Also make sure to look for all client reviews, not just from Thumbtack.

Do you have examples of other websites you like the look & feel of to help provide the designer with direction for your style preferences? Do I have images to provide for the website? Do I have written content to provide for the website? What features does my website need to have? Do I need help managing the site after it's launch? Do I need a domain name? Do I want to be setup with a business email? Am I interested in any marketing services?
