What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Good marketing strategy takes time and commitment. We aim for 3 to 6 month contracts with new clients (paid on a monthly basis). The longer the contract, the larger the discount!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We always start with an initial call to learn all about your goals and objectives for your business. We can provide you whatever services you are directly looking for, but we often put together a holistic plan that takes your entire digital presence into account.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am a graduate from UC Berkeley and I continuously take courses and trainings with experts in the field because marketing is an ever-evolving field!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started as a freelance social media manager working with a few local clients. In 2020, I founded this agency that has now helped hundreds of clients nationwide.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We've worked with the small mom-and-pop shops to some of the largest brands in the country!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently helped one of the largest seafood processing companies in Alaska reach their BEST recruiting season to date and saved them thousands of dollars in the process!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Be very clear on what your main goals are. You may not know the best way to get there (that's where we come in). But our job is a lot easier when you have clear objectives in line.

How are you going to take my entire digital presence into account? What original ideas are you going to bring to my content? What will communication be like working with you?
