Our pricing is customized to the unique needs of your business. Regardless of how you initially engage us, we establish a combination of fair on-boarding and monthly charges that fairly reflects the amount of initial and ongoing work that is required to meet your stated goals. All of our services are month to month and do not require a certain time commitment to provide further incentive to perform our work to our highest standards.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We typically start with a strategy session so that we fully understand a new customer's business so that we adapt our services to the unique characteristics of every business that we work with.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

A lot of what I have learned comes from attending numerous marketing and technology conferences. I continually educate myself on the latest marketing technology platforms to continually improve the quality of my services. I also hold a Master of Innovation & Technological Entrepreneurship which had a strong marketing focus.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I got started doing this type of work by completed a number of freelance jobs and by taking college classes. I then decided to form a company that helps businesses advance their growth, as there was a good opportunity to provide superior services that touch upon the numerous aspects that are required to run a business.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with all types of customers, ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I once took on a client that has a small online homeware store who engaged us for our SEO and search engine advertising services. Within 4 months, the client was able to grow her organic traffic by 50%, while decreasing her cost per sale driven from Google AdWords by 80%.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would focus on finding someone who would help you make other external business considerations while helping you complete your desired project. For example, if you are looking to complete a new website, think about the requirements that you need from a marketing point of view. If you are a local business providing a straightforward service, you would want to make it easy for someone to contact you. By simply putting a contact form for a local plumber on key real estate on their website, they get an inquiry per week through their website despite no external marketing spend. If your service is cutting edge, perhaps you need to take them on a journey so they can fully understand what you offer on the other hand.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Question what results they have achieved for their current customers. For example, you may want to ask them to show you a report from a customer that details the results they have achieved for their own business if you are in the market for a search engine advertising service. You may want to ask them to show you some websites they have recently completed and view them on a phone and a computer to make sure they display in a presentable format.
