Introduction

I am a self-leadership and relationship coach specializing in coaching individuals who are feeling stuck, misunderstood, or disconnected in their relationships—whether with themselves, a partner, family, or at work—helping them lead with clarity, confidence, and emotional strength from the inside out. I help people reset their habits, build emotional resilience, and manage stress without burning out. Together, we untangle what’s keeping you stuck and create real change—inside and out. My coaching style is no-fluff, judgment-free, and laser-focused on what actually works. We'll dive into the real stuff: communication, personal boundaries, mindset, identity shifts, and self-leadership. You’ll leave every session with clarity, practical tools, and the confidence to lead your life—and relationships—with purpose. If you’re ready to feel more grounded, connected, and in charge of your next chapter, let’s work together.

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
The lowest price point for our services starts at $450, offering a bare-bones basic package that is perfect for those looking to get started. However, for those wanting additional features and personalized VIP coaching, we offer a variety of add-ons that can enhance your experience and help you achieve your goals even faster. Our goal is to provide flexible options to meet the needs of all our clients, ensuring that everyone has access to the support and resources they need to succeed.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
First, I ask you to fill out an application to ensure coaching is a good fit. Some may need a teacher, mentor, therapist, nutritionist, or other practitioner. This also gathers the features and benefits you're wanting so I can design a customized proposal. Next, I will provide you with a comprehensive and visually appealing proposal via email within the next 24 hours. If you are interested in the proposal, I will provide you with my calendar to schedule a phone call to ensure that our goals are in alignment. During our conversation, I will address any questions or concerns you may have, and I will also take the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of your current situation. Rest assured, I will also reaffirm my capability to guide you towards achieving your desired objectives. After we both come to an agreement during that phone call, the next steps involve purchasing your chosen package, signing the agreement that we have arranged, and finally scheduling your sessions.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I once had it all - a beautiful custom home, luxury cars, and a bank account overflowing with money. But despite all of these material possessions, I found myself feeling hollow, adrift, and far from content. I knew that something in my life needed to shift, so I made the decision to seek out guidance and support from coaches and trainers who could help me transform my inside and outside for the better. That pivotal moment was twelve years ago, and since then, I have retired from my career as an Allstate agent. Currently, I am enjoying the pleasures of life and for fun I serve those that desire change just like I did.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I currently have clients ranging in age from 16 to 65 years old. I truly enjoy collaborating with individuals who are motivated to make positive changes in their lives. Being coachable requires a mindset that is open to new ideas, curious about different perspectives, and willing to show vulnerability. I find it rewarding to work with individuals who possess these qualities and are eager to grow and evolve.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
In order to truly make positive changes in our lives, it is essential to adopt an attitude of openness, curiosity, and coachability. When we are too entrenched in our own barriers or challenges, it can be incredibly difficult to see beyond them and make the necessary changes. This is why having support, like a coach to provide guidance and perspective, is crucial. No one should have to face life's obstacles on their own. I didn't at the start of my journey; I hired coaches and trainers. I truly believe, based on my own experience and witnessing so many clients change, that by being receptive to new ideas and perspectives, and by seeking out the support and guidance of others, we can navigate life's challenges with more clarity and resilience.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What are the main reasons I’m seeking coaching? Why It’s Important: Clarify your coaching interests to focus the conversation. Are you seeking support for career development, personal growth, relationships, stress management, or something else? What specific goals or outcomes do I want to achieve through coaching? Why It’s Important: Setting clear, specific goals gives both you and the coach a sense of direction and purpose. Think about what success looks like for you and what changes you want to make in your life. What challenges or obstacles have been holding me back from reaching these goals? Why It’s Important: Identifying your main barriers helps the coach understand where you need the most support. It could be a lack of confidence, fear of failure, time management issues, or limiting beliefs. How comfortable am I with vulnerability and being open about my challenges? Why It’s Important: Coaching requires honesty and self-reflection. Think about your willingness to be open and vulnerable, as this will affect the depth of the coaching relationship and the progress you can make. How committed am I to making changes and taking action? Why It’s Important: Coaching is most effective when you’re ready to take action and implement the changes discussed. Assess your level of commitment and readiness for change. What am I looking for in a coach’s personality and approach? Why It’s Important: Consider qualities that matter to you, such as values, empathy, directness, experience, or a sense of humor. Knowing what type of personality you connect with will help you choose a coach who resonates with you. What previous experiences have I had with personal development or self-improvement? Why It’s Important: Reflecting on past experiences with therapy, workshops, or self-help can help you identify what worked well for you and what didn’t, giving the coach a better understanding of your background. How will I measure success in my coaching journey? Why It’s Important: Think about the specific changes, feelings, or accomplishments that will indicate you’re making progress. This could be improved self-confidence, better relationships, or achieving a specific personal or professional milestone. What is my budget for coaching, and how often am I willing to invest time in sessions? Why It’s Important: Determine what you’re comfortable investing both financially and in terms of time commitment. This helps you set realistic expectations for the frequency and duration of your coaching sessions. (Please do not submit questions or interest until you're ready and have funds, everyone on Thumbtack is charged $100-200 per contact.) How do I prefer to engage in coaching sessions (in-person, online, phone)? Why It’s Important: Consider your preferred mode of communication, as it will affect your comfort and engagement level. (Each style may affect the pricing or your offer or proposal) What are my biggest fears or reservations about starting coaching? Why It’s Important: Acknowledge any concerns you have, such as fear of change, uncertainty about the process, or doubts about your readiness. This can be an important topic to discuss with the coach to help alleviate your worries. What support do I need outside of coaching sessions to stay on track? Why It’s Important: Think about what additional support you might need, such as accountability partners, resources, or follow-up materials. This can help you and your coach create a comprehensive support plan. How do I typically respond to feedback and constructive criticism? Why It’s Important: Be honest with yourself about how you handle feedback. Understanding this can help you and your coach communicate more effectively and tailor their approach to suit your preferences. What do I hope to gain personally from the coaching relationship, aside from goal achievement? Why It’s Important: Beyond achieving specific goals, consider how you want to feel and what kind of growth you’re seeking (e.g., increased self-awareness, emotional resilience, a deeper sense of purpose). Final Tips: Write Down Your Thoughts: Take some time to jot down your answers to these questions. This reflection can provide clarity and help you articulate your needs during the initial conversation. Be Open and Honest: Approach the meeting with a willingness to be honest about your struggles and aspirations. This transparency will help the coach understand how best to support you. Trust Your Intuition: Pay attention to how you feel during the conversation. A good coach will make you feel understood, supported, and motivated. Trust your instincts when deciding if they are the right fit.
