What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I love having a free 'get-acquainted' session first to verify we can work effectively together. Once a session is booked, I'll coordinate and ask questions if helpful so we are both on the same page during our time together.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

In 2024 I received my Certificate of Excellence from SWIHA (Southwest Institute of Healing Arts) in Life Coaching after completing their 100 hour program. In 2025 I received my Laughter Yoga Leader certification from Laughter Yoga International - which has a Global Movement for Health | Happiness | World Peace.
