What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I do not have a standard pricing system as each client has different needs and their projects vary from client to client. I tailor my estimates to the individual business request.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Discussion is key. I like to get to know the client... Their personality, their needs. Then I can provide a better estimate and client-designer experience.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a BA in graphic design with over 20 years industry experience.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I have been designing for as long as I can remember! My first job was in dark room and photography and took off from there!

What types of customers have you worked with?

My portfolio is varied... Education, manufacturing, food service, jewelry, sports and more. I tailor what I offer to each individual client.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Not all designers are the same. There are a lot to choose from. Select a person or agency that you feel comfortable with. I get to know my clients and what they need, therefore my goal is long term business relationships.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What is their realistic budget is key. If a client wants a full branding package, such as logo, brochure, website, etc., A budget of $500 will not work. A good designer costs money. But remember you get what you pay for and the results you need to succeed!
