What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Initial pricing is typically project based and ongoing work is usually hourly. Quite frequently we are told that we should charge more because of the quality of service we provide. We always try to surprise with more, rather than disappoint with less.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

New customers are treated as a friend. We want to know what YOU like. Whatever you're looking for, we understand that this is for you and about you, so through our initial consultation we ask questions to get to the core of what you're looking for, and then deliver.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Vincent Chavez, Founder/Creative Director, has a BFA in Interiors & Architecture, with a minor in Film. He has worked professionally in television news, magazine design & writing, architectural interiors, commercial photography, management, and has been an entrepreneur and consultant for eight years.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Follow your instincts. If you are attracted to someone's brand of work then pursue that. If the professional does not provide outstanding customer service from the start, then that is what you will experience throughout. There are a number of "flakes" or nonprofessionals in the creative arts, go with the ones that take their business and client management seriously.
