What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Each project I work on is negotiated with the client's unique circumstances in mind. Creating a marketing project has many variables to it, and is based on the content provided, and/or needed to complete the project. The cost of a web design is based on the amount to time it takes to create the site, the options and choices you make, and more. We work at all types of levels, with all types of budgets.. What sets us apart is that we are always available to our clients before, during and after the production of their marketing project. We always over-deliver, and help our customers get the marketing project they need at the most cost-effective budget possible, and provide the extra knowledge and options our clients need to understand how to grow their business online.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We usually connect on the phone for a free consultation/review of the scope of the project. After agreeing on a rough budget to accomplish the client's goals, I follow-up with my project intake forms which the client can quickly and easily fill out, to give me precise direction.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I keep up to date with the latest software and market/design trends going on in the web and graphic design world. I also research carefully each particular assignment and project to make sure the solutions I provide are specific to each client's industry.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I was always the best artist in my area as a kid, and it grew from there. I worked my way thru Advertising Agencies in youth, to the title of Creative Director with a staff of 30, before starting my own small agency over 25 years ago.

What types of customers have you worked with?

ID/Branding, graphic design projects like books, magazines, and well as beautifully crafted websites for customers in any industry you can imagine.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I turned an old, outdated html site into a lively e-commerce site with a CMS for a local retail client who I also arranged a social media marketing program to drive traffic to the site. What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

You usually get what you pay for. There are no shortcuts, and beware of lowball offers, because they will come back to haunt you...:-) Much of my work comes from clients who were unhappy with previous designers projects done for them.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

The care and time it takes to give a project its proper due, and all of the pieces it takes to make the project a success. One of my strengths is to provide solutions to any issue that may come up during the production process, to help the project move along to completion -delivering on the client's expected timeframe.
