What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We estimate a project by the length of time we believe to need for R&D, branding, and design on each project. Our most affordable website designs in WIX start at about $1,500 for a fully functioning 10+ page website and our WordPress sites start at about $4,300, with a fully-functioning 20+ page website, designed to impress your clients and rank highly on Google, Bing, Safari, & Amazon Alexa voice search.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Once the sales team has finalized the invoice and line items that a customer would like to move forward with, our Director of Client Success works to get the client onboarded and sign all required paperwork and schedule all required onboarding meetings. Once onboarded, the R&D and branding team get to work in identifying your current market, outlining the needs of the website, and reviewing your submissions to each team; completed during the onboarding process. From this point, our R&D, branding, website developers/designers, and your account manager work diligently to deliver you an impressive site BEFORE the deadline date.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our agency is an award-winning brand and digital design agency with more than 10 years of industry experience, Meta & Google certifications, and more than 100 hours of annual continued education in each department.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with customer of all types, backgrounds, and requirements. Our target customers are mid-sized businesses with more than $1.5M in revenue, looking to increase their web traffic and build a website that ranks them above their competition and ahead of the digital curves.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We just completed the initial design and overhaul of the neurofitconnections.com which we are very proud of. The client is currently ranking higher than ever and has reported a traffic increase of 318% within the last 30 days, with more than a 92% conversion rate.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Look at past projects and identify if they align with what you are seeking. If so, work together to build a plan for your success in collaboration with current marketing trends and requirements.
