We are Bluehuki, a DC and NYC-based professional marketing team with over 10 years of experience. We specialize in website design and development, search engine optimization, content management, digital ads, social media management, and marketing consulting. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We have monthly packages as well as flat rate costs for one-time projects, and will bundle services based on your needs.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We start with a free consultation and web audit. We determine where you are with your current web, social media, marketing, and business needs and we'll review the health of your digital presence during the audit. Then we customize a plan based on your goals and budget.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our team all have bachelor's degrees in business, marketing, communications, or science. Our founder also has a PhD.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Each of us had experience working for small businesses and large corporations as individuals. We saw a need for small businesses to improve their digital presence at a reasonable cost and want to help support business owners' dreams.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have experience with industries across the board, the main areas including medical practices, spas, engineering firms, law firms, e-commerce, construction, and property management. Realistically our practices are transferrable to any business so we are open to every industry.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We have several clients that are high-level professionals with great reputations. Each struggled with different aspects of their marketing and staff. Year to date, they are seeing increased web traffic, social media engagements, internet referrals, staff productivity and revenue.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

A great SEO, social media, and marketing team spends careful time understanding your business goals. We see this as a partnership, if you win, we win -- you should be looking for agencies who are bought into your success.
