What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

While our prices are very competitive, we hand craft every quote based off of the customer's needs and wants. We ensure that you'll never be given a blanket quote that may have you paying for extra hours that weren't part of the production process.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We like to start off every job with a meeting to ensure we provide the best possible service depending on what you're wanting. Every job is a custom one, so we like to get every detail to make sure the production day goes without a hitch.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Although Smokescreen Media has only been around since 2015, our team has over 20 combined years in commercial photo and video production. Having been in the business for so long, we know every in and out to ensure you get the best possible final product. Number one priority for us is execution, whether that be simple headshots or a multi-day commercial video production, we're here to help bring your vision to life.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We're dreamers and creators above anything else. Every person on our team has a passion for image making which really shows in our final products.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Throughout the years, we've worked with clients small and large. That could include simple promo photos for the local theater group all of the way to international cell phone advertisements. We pride ourselves on being the most reliable team that our clients have worked with. Whether it be big or small, re-shoots aren't acceptable.
