I was born into a family that thrives in cooking and I have a culinary backing in both schooling and my professional career in healthcare and the restaurant industry as well as my own catering business.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I created a huge charcuterie table for a 40th birthday party, it was a black tie event where I was also the bartender. I provided fresh quality juice that I pressed myself making beautiful alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages on site.
