my prices will always be decent and within your budget.. i will try my hardest to make sure i give everyone an affordable price that will make both of us happy...

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

i make sure i keep in contact with you prior to the event in case of any changes or etc. cook a master piece and deliver it to your location promptly.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

not only i been cooking over 25 years but i attended Johnson & Wales University in Miami for 4 years getting my BA in Culinary Arts and food service management (FSM).. And i have worked in the biz for over 10 years now..

How did you get started doing this type of work?

i have been cooking since i was 6yo. i was originally a student athlete, but due to some injuries i had to resort to me 2nd love (cooking/eating food) so i became a chef.

What types of customers have you worked with?

i have worked with athletes, musicians and producers, family functions, churches, no discrimination of any sort..

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

there was a black owned business mixer with guest speaker Master P and i was selling baked chicken wings, pasta salad, cakes & cheesecakes.. it lasted maybe 3 hours..

you should be specific in all your preferences. and look thoroughly to make sure they have the right professional for their event.
