Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Our pricing is based on guest count, menu choices, and distance. We offer customizable all-inclusive packages with no hidden fees. We’re happy to work within your budget and customize the menu to fit your event.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
We start with a quick consultation to understand your event needs—date, location, guest count, and menu preferences. Then we’ll send a custom quote based on your vision. Once confirmed, we handle all the details: prep, setup, service, and cleanup. We stay in touch throughout to make sure everything goes smoothly.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
Our team has a strong background in culinary arts and hospitality, with formal training in food safety, preparation, and event service. We’ve worked in both restaurant kitchens and mobile food operations, giving us the experience to deliver high-quality food and smooth catering service at every event.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
Bistro & Beignets started from a love of good food and community. We wanted to bring a unique mix of fresh flavors to events in a fun, mobile way while creating a one stop shop for food and music entertainment. What began as a passion for cooking and engaging with family and friends turned into a full-service food truck, catering and entertainment business.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We’ve worked with a wide range of customers—from individuals planning weddings, birthdays, and private parties to businesses hosting corporate events, employee lunches, and community festivals. Whether it’s an intimate gathering or a large public event, we tailor our service to fit each customer’s needs. The quality of our services are evident by our 5star reviews on Google and other platforms.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
One of my favorite events recently was serving 350 staff members at a hospital. We had just two hours to serve everyone, so it took careful planning, coordination, and efficiency. The doctors and nurses were so appreciative, and it was incredibly rewarding to serve such a large group of heroes in such a meaningful setting.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
When hiring a catering provider, choose someone who’s responsive, organized, and willing to tailor their services to your event. Make sure they have experience with your type of gathering and can handle the number of guests with ease. It’s also helpful to ask what’s included in the price and be sure to check their reviews. A reliable vendor will make the planning process smooth, provide recommendations and deliver great service on the day of the event.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Customers should consider the basics first. Location, guest count, and budget. It also helps to think about the type of food or vibe you want (casual, formal, themed, etc.), and whether you’ll need full onsite service, just drop-off, or something in between. The more details you can provide up front, the easier it is for us to create the perfect plan for your event.
