Once contact is made between the two, i most times talk over the phone to schedule a face to face meeting to talk out the details of the event and what’s expected.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started with a passion for cooking then it grew into ownership of a cart then to the Chicagoland streets. Also, Chicago is a foodie city and we love Chicago style hotdogs which lead me to open the first cart with options other than beef, we also offer turkey, chicken and veggie hotdogs on our menu.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I’ve worked with customers for school events, adult & kids birthday parties, corporate events, graduation parties, grand openings, and retirement parties.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Most times the events can last up to 8 hours. I am very fond of social events because everyone is mingling, socializing and networking. The hotdog cart fits right in with out fast food keeps you with just enough energy and time to keep up with the crowd.
