Introduction

I call my type of cooking a melting pot. I grew up in the Carribbean, don't expect all spicy foods I'm here for all. I've learn to appreciate all cultures. If I have never made it I will do all the research to make sure my customers are please with the final product. I'm here to please YOU! Home cook meal you will never forget, but yet still feel you are in eating in a restaurant setting. I put my flire along with yours. Will plan the menu around your preference. One word...PLEASING my customers! If my food is not up to standard believe me I will not serve it. I live to see smiles on my customers face after a meal.

Cooking for all ages! Culinary Art Degree from Newbury College and Baking and Pasrty from Johnson and Wales. I work in restaurant industry.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

If anyone have work in a restaurant setting its not very flexible especially when you have a family, also I wanted to be my own boss and have some type of flexibility.
