I call my type of cooking a melting pot. I grew up in the Carribbean, don't expect all spicy foods I'm here for all. I've learn to appreciate all cultures. If I have never made it I will do all the research to make sure my customers are please with the final product. I'm here to please YOU! Home cook meal you will never forget, but yet still feel you are in eating in a restaurant setting. I put my flire along with yours. Will plan the menu around your preference.
