How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started out as a customer service agent for Delta Airlines. I took a bartending course. I graduated and have been bartending for 10 years. I felt that has I've gotten older I could help the community by providing training and employment opportunities within the bar and restaurant industry for people to enjoy a skill in hospitality and gain a supplemental income.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I've worked for fine dinning and corporate restaurants, managed banquet hall, I have established working relationships with local bar owners and liquor distributors with staffing and brand promotions. I have been teaching bartending courses for over 4 years.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

paying for staffing is priceless but yet affordable. You can never totally price a momentous occasion but you can set a standard of excellence and expectation.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

They should consider location of venue, budget, number of guest and hours of needed professional service.
