What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

When I give a quote to a client, it's based on the fresheness and quality of the food. I also, spends quality time to create a personlized menu for each client based on their needs and services. All meals are made with fresh ingredients and the flavors are tied together nicely. I love what I do, so therefore it comes out in my meals.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Listen to and pay close attention to the Client's needs and making sure to fulfill them.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Being in the kitchen with my mom and learning how to cook at a tender age, which gives me the ability to cook my first 4 course meal at the age of 12 and my parents telling me how much they've enjoyed my cooking. From then I feel in love with cooking and been enjoying it ever since.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I've worked with a very diverse group of clients with different ethnic background. I've also worked with clients who looked to me for ideas on trying new cuisines.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I have recently worked with two clients who where out of town. I provided full service for them in the home for a company dinner. There company was a part of the furniture market.
