What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Castle Gardens ILM charcuterie boards start from $15per charcuterie cups to $30 per per for Brunches, and $40 for Seafood and Southern Comfort boards. All packages with catering and Venue are final.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We usually interview our clients to see if our charcuterie boards are the right fit for their special event. We give them an invoice with rough estimate. If client want to proceed we send them a contract with invoices.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We are Serv Safe Certified and NC Food Handler certified. We also have Event planning certification as well.
