Introduction

I have been a Culinary School trained Chef for 27 years. I have been the head Chef for a number of venues including restaurants, large catered events, residential events, drop off gourmet meal service and cooking instruction. I typically charge an on-site Chefs Fee for cooking private dinner parties or luncheons, plus a reasonable per person charge depending on the menu they choose, however, each client is different and pricing varies depending on my clients needs. If extra staff is needed, a staff charge is included in the free quote. I mostly enjoy doing events in clients homes or Airb&b’s for gatherings or private dinner parties or drop off service for both, however, I am up for most any situation. Pricing is different for every customer. Food choices, number of guests and special requests all play a role in pricing each function.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to speak with new customers about menu ideas, then submit a more coherent menu to them highlighting and enhancing their ideas. I also like to look at the space before an event to troubleshoot and get inspiration for a successful event.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Culinary school, head Chef at several restaurants, successful completion of many many caterings and events, private Chef in several residences for clients for events and weight loss programs.

Went to Culinary School in Manhattan when I was 27, however, worked in restaurants since the age of 18.
